Responsibility:
  • Business Developments
  • To look after overall business & Sister concerns

  • Responsible for transforming the operational efficiency in meeting the customer's expectation in terms of timely delivery, quality & satisfaction.
  • Achieve sales, marketing & credit realization target
  • Over all administration, Hr, Client Service
  • Representative of CEO & Managing Director, perform his day to day duties
  • Responsible for optimize production cost with a bottom line focus.
  • Responsible & capable of restructuring the related department, planning, developing, organizing , directing & evaluating the business operations
  • Business developments, meeting with land owners, directing & monitoring related dept.
  • Recruitment & train up new team members.
  • Branch operation, monitoring, administration look after.
  • working progress ensure, related problem solving, site/Work shop visit, weekly/monthly meeting with related heads & business development activities inform to CEO
  • Organize fair
  • creative selling
  • look after related all administrative works, relation developments with govt. agencies, Others corporate affairs look after
  • Business developments meeting, planning, target prepare & budgeting
  • Advertisement, promotion, branding
  • Corporate sales planning
  • Corporate relation developments
  • Experienced in managed multiple & mega residential, commercial projects independently for interior design & contract signed.
  • Look after Media/ TVC/ Bill board/fashion house/event
  • Local & foreign tour organize
  • Should be capable of developing & implementing systems, quality construction & strengthening the team.
  • Sound knowledge on design, drawing & plan approval from the concerned authorities (engineers)
  • HR Developments
  • Monthly Budget prepare
  • Sound knowledge on top supervision
  • Prepare advertisement/product promotion activities
  • day to day working progress inform to GROUP CEO others , etc.
Education Requirement:
  • Graduates/ Masters/ MBA or Bsc in (civil/ architectural/ interior design) must.
Additional Requirement:
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
    Distribution/Supply Chain Management, Marketing, Brand Planning/Development, Business Development, Public Relation, Customer Support/Client Service, Relationship Management/Key Account Management, Market Research, Corporate Marketing
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Real Estate
  • # BA/B.com/MA/M.com/MBA or Bsc Engineering/ Architecture requested to apply with 2-7 years job experience is must as related sector.
  • # professional with (3-7)years working experience in-
  • REAL ESTATE/ SECURITY SERVICE/ EVENT MANAGEMENT/
  • INTERIOR DESIGN business development as operation, directing, controlling & monitoring is must.
  • # retd. secretary/ joint secretary, colonnel/ major or DIG/AIG retd. from police requested to apply.
  • # He/She should have hands on experience in forming & communicating related all work & staffs & others.
