Responsibility:
  • Responsible for maintain Factory Compliance Function :
  • Daily compliance monitoring as per check list.
  • Implementation all compliance issues as per buyer code of conduct and Bangladesh Labour Law.
  • Prepare all policy and procedure as per buyer requirement and Bangladesh Labour Law.
  • Prepare all type of document for presentation any kind of Social Compliance Audit.
  • Be aware of relevant law updates and industry trends to contribute the knowledge, expertise and drive towards leadership in the industry a) Labor Law, b) Environmental law, c) Accord / Alliance requirements and remediation process
  • General Compliance related work.
Education Requirement:
  • Masters in any discipline.
  • PGDHRM will be added advantage.
Additional Requirement:
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
    Compliance, Administration, HR
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Garments
  • At least 03 years experience in similar position at reputed Garments.
  • Must be computer literate (MS Word, MS Excel, Internet Explorer, E-mail).
  • Must have good command verbal & written communication skill in both English & Bengali.
  • Must Have good knowledge in Labour Law-2006 and social compliance.
  • Having sound knowledge regarding garments factory administration.
