- As a telesales and customer support executive, you will be expected to:
- Obtain new contact names, telephone numbers, and email address of prospects from direct calls and other sources such as websites, social media etc.
- Contact prospects by telephone in order to generate sales for services we provide
- Explain services, prices and answer questions from customers
- Record and maintain reactions of prospects contacted into the database or CRM after the call
- Follow-up with prospects by phone or email on regular basis
- Respond to the queries of the existing customers either through phone or email
- HSC/ BA/ B.COM/ BBA with a very good control over Bangla/ English
The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Customer Support through Phone, Tele Marketing, Online (web/e-mail) Support
- Female candidates will be preferred
- Capable of achieving sales targets
- Speaking clearly and persuasively in English to interact with customers and demonstrate good listening skills
- Proven organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, independent worker with the ability to multitask
- Professional, courteous, and know proper phone etiquette.
- Experience in working in digital marketing would be preferable
- Experience in social media interaction or group page would be preferable
- Self motivated and willing to work for longer period and any time in the day
