Manager/ Deputy Manager - Sales Team

Responsibility:
  • Responsible for receiving sales order either from telephonic calls or head office visit by the customer.
  • Responsible for preparing quote prospective buyers list to the Client Record,
  • (Query Management) area & category wise.
  • Responsible to regular follow up the customers from data bank.
  • Responsible to take them to the site on the dots if required.
  • Responsible to collect the list of high officials of corporate bodies, doctors, engineers, prestigious club members etc.
  • Responsible to inform them about Navana's products through Mail/Distributes Flyers, letters etc. to the prospects of databank informing new products.
  • Responsible to provide full information to the customers in details i.e. location, Floor plan, features, price, payment schedule, tentative handover time etc. along with the hard copy like Brochure or temporary floor plan.
  • Responsible to monitor & control the team member and keep them in close touch, give them regular training & sharing ideas.
  • Responsible to prepare sales plan & budget of the team for the month & submit to Operative director.
  • Responsible to give input to the design along with team members.
  • Responsible for ensuring survey on continuous basis to know the competitors & for fix up the selling prices.
  • Responsible to go for site inspection and monitor the progress whether it is comply with the expectation.
  • Responsible to design new policies/ideas to enhance the sales volume.
  • Responsible to give input for business promotion.
  • Any other activities as and when required by the Management.
Education Requirement:
  • Masters/ MBA (Major in Marketing) from any reputed University.
Additional Requirement:
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
    Sales
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Real Estate
  • Interview process will be done on candidate's previous sales performance.
  • The applicants should have experience in Real Estate sector.
  • Should have sound computer proficiency specially MS Office Package, excellent interpersonal skill, and good command over written & spoken English.
  • Ready to work under stress & pressure
