Responsibility:
  • Presenting & discussing various home/office product options based upon your discovery of the prospective clients' lifestyle, needs and goals;
  • Meet overall sales targets in terms of volume, revenue, profitability and market share of company products;
  • Promote company products to potential candidate;
  • Participate in different sales campaign, trade fair & business events etc.;
  • Maintaining relationship with overdue clients and ensure collection as per provided target;
  • Marketing new sales and special events;
  • Generating and qualifying new sales leads;
  • Sourcing and developing client referrals;
  • Visit prospective customers, generate sales and manage to execute appropriate number
Education Requirement:
  • Business Graduate/Electrical degree with 5 years' sales experience, 4 years in showroom sales

  • Maintain defined sales process and compliance;
  • Customer relationship and account planning & monitoring;
  • Maintain ownership of existing clients through interaction via meetings, telephone calls and emails;
  • To carry out sales calls within the region
  • Greeting guests upon arriving in our retail showroom & learning their motivation for their visit & developing long-term relationships;
  • Attend customers with professional manner to identify their needs;
  • Smartly handle and resolve customers complain;
  • Help customer to select product best for them;
  • To solve customer's queries and questions related to RHSL, its products and service; provide service over phone and in person as well;
  • Response promptly to satisfy customer's inquiries;
  • Collect information of potential clients for future reference;
  • Prepare detail client profile for each client's;
  • Assist with the co-ordination of arrangements for purchase orders, delivery and installation;
  • Demonstrate fact-based decision making on customer grading and acquisition
  • Actively participate in activities to improve traffic to showrooms and ensure accurate footfall tracking;
  • Create in store excitement with innovative & creative promotional ideas in coordination with Line Manager;
  • Inventory management:
  • Monitor fast and slow moving stocks and initiate action to maximize sales;
  • Ensure availability of product and services by closely monitoring replenishments,
  • showroom orders; inventory turns and overall stock control;
  • Financial management and reconciliation;
  • Showroom Operations:
  • Ensure implementation of and compliance with company SOP's for retail showroom operations, sales, pricing, payments and financial policies and procedures to safe guard company resources;
  • Responsible for showroom maintenance and safety of company assets;
  • Ensure all commercial requirements pertaining to trade licenses, health & safety, promotional;
  • Liaison with building management teams;
  • Ensure safe keeping of company assets so that losses are minimized;
  • Maintain motivated store team, use positive reinforcement to encourage continued improvement;
  • Participate monthly, semi-annual, and annual audit;
  • Increasing personal knowledge of products, sales techniques & promotions through continuous professional training and development;
  • Team Management
  • Ensure consistent staff performance by coaching, counseling, disciplining; planning, monitoring, and appraising performance results;
  • Oversee Cashier's activities (daily cash/ credit reconciliations/ bank deposits/ down payments and sales orders);
  • Oversee Store Keeper's activities pertaining to showroom Inventory Management/ Stock control/ Pilferage control
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders in order to ensure smooth service for the clients;
  • Reinforce a culture of collaboration, cross-functional team working and high performance
