  • Prepare, Maintain & Update daily/weekly program schedules and diary of Chairman, and keep him informed/updated on a regular interval.
  • Dealing with incoming telephone calls, emails, faxes and couriers of the Chairman, pass/forward messages after regular screening, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate; often corresponding on behalf of Chairman.
  • Planning and organizing meetings, take notes or dictation at meetings or to provide general assistance during meetings;
  • Maintain contacts database for Chairman.
  • Make necessary appointments with different buying office, tv channel, press,BGMEA, High Officials of Gov't/Non-Gov't/Business Org/Local or Foreign Institute/Org. for Chairman, when required.
  • Contact with concern Govt. and non-Govt. offices for any documentation purpose, if necessary.
  • Provide protocol service, Visa, Air Ticket booking, Hotel reservation related activities of Chairman as and when necessary.
  • Prepare and send different business letters to different organization and local companies as per instruction of Chairman.
  • Ensure filing of confidential docs, files, papers, emails on different issues of Chairman.
  • Maintain records of decisions and ensure action items are clearly recorded.
  • Greet visitors graciously and in a professional manner, create a good personal image through a neat, clean, business like professional appearance and a positive, cheerful attitude.
Education Requirement:
  • Bachelor/ Master's degree in any discipline, preferably in English, Management, Business Studies, and Business Administration from any reputed University.
  • Diploma in Secretarial Science is preferable.
Additional Requirement:
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
    Personal Secretary, Reception
  • Able to work 24 hours.
  • Should be smart ,dedicated ,hard -working & honest.
  • Physical appearance must have strong enough
  • Able to perform all kinds of secretarial works maintaining high level of confidentiality/privacy regarding internal information.
  • Respect the need for confidentiality and sensitivity of information
  • Ability to multitask & should have Organizational skills, Secretarial skill, Flexibility, Adaptability.
  • Must have excellent interpersonal skills to deal with different people.
  • Fully computer literate and strong command over MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Email correspondences and internet browsing.
  • Any applications without related experience will not be accepted.
  • Should have excellent oral & written communication skill both in English & Bangla.
  • Should be strong network as lobbing or managing
  • Background from defense/Govt. administration highly preferable
