  • Systematic recording of day-to-day financial transactions and maintain financial security by following internal controls
  • Inventory management with tracking of regular requisitions and usages
  • Request/verify requisitions for materials, goods and services as appropriate according to the plan
  • Prepare payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements
  • Support in purchase of materials, goods and services as per the organisation/project requirement ensuring value for money in economical and efficient project management
  • Close monitoring of the project progresses and usage of materials, goods and services against the plan/requisition
  • Contribute in regular meeting with project personnel and sub-contractors for proper execution of operational plan and ensure remedy for potential interruptions
  • Coordination and follow-up with sub-contractor, vendor and all relevant stakes
  • Support in periodic reporting to Head Office with project progress against the plan and requirements
  • Any other duties assigned by the management
Education Requirement:

Bachelors in Business Administration/Accounting/Management or relevant subjects from any recognised and reputed university of Bangladesh 
Minimum of three (03) years of professional experience with Honours/Degree Pass in Accounting/Management or relevant subjects any recognised and reputed institutes of Bangladesh
