- Collect data from sales force and marketing team, analyse data and prepare reports.
- Prepare monthly/ quarterly strategic plan.
- Arrange team meetings to discuss sales status, targeted goal and implementation of strategies.
- Prepare report on field force sales performance monthly/ quarterly basis.
- Conduct meeting with dealers and retailers to collect data for improvement of existing business.
- Monitor competitors' actions and execute marketing strategies.
- Collect market information and develop marketing plan for new product lines.
- Organize field demonstration and train up on products knowledge.
- B.Sc in Agriculture with MBA from any reputed University.
