  • Ensure that guest check-in and check-out services are done promptly and courteously.
  • Detect and monitor employee's performance to make sure that company rules and procedures are being followed.
  • Confer and cooperate with other department managers to coordinate hotel activities.
  • Deal with domestic/foreign guest including communication, hotel booking, airport pick up, and drop etc.
  • Provide outstanding services, ensure guest satisfaction, and resolve customer complaints.
  • Appear telephone answering service, Email delivery, and answers customers inquiry.
  • Look over hotel for cleanness and appearance.
  • Answer customers' questions, make them feel at home, and build on-going relationships.
  • Schedule work activities and communicate duties and hours to staff. Manage front desk staffs' work, and build a team environment and resolve problems.
  • Responsible for inventory management and hotel management through proper planning and utilization of available resources.
  • Prepare reports, receives and process advance payments.
  • Assist in menu planning and preparation for the restaurant, hall room, and outlet operations.
  • Ensure safety, sanitation, and cleanliness of service areas.
  • Manages staff during events and monitors quality of food and customer service.
  • Respond to guest complaints in a timely manner.
  • Responsible for planning, organizing, and developing food & beverage service for various events.
  • Supervise & coordinate activities of staff of both kitchen and services.
  • Responsible for inventory management and restaurant management through proper planning and utilization of available resources.
  • Prepare reports, receives and process advance payments.
Education Requirement:
  • Minimum Graduate or Diploma in Hotel Management/ Hospitality Management or related field.


Additional Requirement:
  • Systems and MS Office
  • Must be able speak fluent in English.
  • Capable of handling foreign guest.
  • Sound working knowledge with good leadership qualities.
  • Resourceful with excellent management and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in operating Applications.
