Responsibility:
  • This role will appeal to motivate and talented individuals, who has a passion for the fast paced of telecommunications and a drive for leading a team. Reporting directly to Chief Operating Officer, your role will be to deliver your fresh views and insights on Sales methodology and advocacy to your Telco sales team. A targeted press on customer focus solutions and a high quality of sales will constantly see you deliver above expectations.
  • Your primary Objective-achieve sustained growth across all business and consumer sales targets including but not limited to
  • 1. New and existing wireless broadband internet connections
  • 2. Wireless broadband internet solutions
  • 3.Value added services and accessories
  • To secure success in the sales manager capacity,you will lead your team to achieve a result through individual development and methods of motivation such as:
  • 1. Setting and achieving sales and revenue targets
  • 2. Setting effective distribution sales channels and commission structure
  • 3. Explore and establish online sales channel
  • 4. Performance management and accountability
  • 5. Staff training and goal setting

  • Banglalion Communications Limited is seeking an experienced Sales Manager with proven track record in exceeding Key Performance Indicators and Targeted profit results, coupled with the leadership and enthusiasm to drive a competitive and customer-oriented team to Sales and Advocacy success.
Education Requirement:
  • Minimum Graduate from reputed University. Masters/ MBA will get preference.

  • 5-7 years sales leadership (Telco experience an advantage)

  • Can move a strategy from idea to execution-fast
  • History of exceeding weekly, monthly and quarterly sales targets
