VACANT POSITION: Online Operations Project/Research Specialist
NUMBER OF VACANCIES: 1
LOCATION: REMOTE POSITION for someone located OUTSIDE OF THE USA
The Online Operations Project/Research Specialist will assist the Operations Manager with a variety of internal performance auditing, research projects, staff video training development, and internal process documentation.
Main responsibilities :
-Regularly inspect task completion and work quality of administrative team
-Interface and problem solve with administrative team supervisor on any identified issues
-Assist Operations Manager with U.S. state business registration processes
-Conduct research, analyze information, and summarize results/make recommendations on business related topics, as assigned
-Document operational procedures for training purposes
-Identify opportunities for process improvements and manage the implementation of recommended improvements.
-Create cross-departmental new hire video training
-Audit invoices of select vendors against system data
-Self-motivated with excellent work ethic.
-Naturally detail oriented and thorough.
-Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
- Superior English spelling, grammar, and punctuation expertise.
-At least 5 years project management and leadership experience
-Committed to quality while being highly productive and efficient by using excellent time management skills.
-Skilled in collecting and analyzing data and information, drawing logical conclusions, and summarizing in a clear, concise manner.
-Confident and comfortable to problem solve independently and make and implement recommendations.
-Not afraid to ask questions and keep asking questions when clarification is required.
-Ability to organize and prioritize (and re-prioritize when needed) a variety of tasks/projects.
-Ability to develop and maintain productive working relationships with organization management and staff.
-Advanced proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and generally technologically savvy.
LEVEL: Managerial level ; independent contractor employee
Please note WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WITH LIMITED NUMBER OF CLIENTS AND WILLING TO MAKE A LONG-TERM COMMITMENT.
MINIMUM REQUIRED EDUCATION: Associates Degree; Bachelors Degree preferred
LANGUAGES: ENGLISH – ADVANCED LEVEL BOTH WRITTEN AND VERBAL
MINIMAL EXPERIENCE : 5 years project management and leadership experience
WORK DAY: Part-time during training/evaluation period (approx 20 hrs/week) with potential to grow to full-time (40 hrs/week)
SCHEDULE: Mon-Fri (8:30/9:00 am ET/Central Time– 5:00/5:30 pm ET/Central Time) with opportunity for some flexibility
