Location : REMOTE POSITION for someone located OUTSIDE OF THE USA

Description :

We are currently seeking for an Online Education Advisor to join our Academic Advising Department. The candidate’s mission will be to help students having failed a test to sit for the test again and pass it. Employees are expected to provide a high level of Customer Service in an online environment and positively represent the Achieve Test Prep brand.

 

Main responsibilities :

  • Taking inbound calls from customers regarding help requests

  • Making oubtbound calls to customers to address help requests / exam

    concerns

  • Researching customers’ files ensuring a personable and professional

    approach

  • Identifying problems and helping customers solve them efficiently through

    research and sale of adequate company’s product / offer to help customers

  • Encouraging and motivating a positive attitude and action of customers

    regarding taking and passing exams

  • Providing support to requests through voicemail and email

  • Working on other support issues involving customer’s help requests / exam

    concerns as designated by business needs

 

Requirements :

  • Excellent English – native English preferred

  • Experience with US customers in Education / Teaching and/or Tutoring

  • Ability to handle difficult and/or irrate customers

  • Customer service and/or Sales experience is a plus

  • Strong capacity of analysis and evaluation

• Robust critical thinking and decision making skills
 

Hierarchical Level : Entry-Level position
 

Minimum required education : Bachelor degree (any area)
 

Languages : ENGLISH – ADVANCED LEVEL BOTH WRITTEN AND VERBAL

Minimal experience : 1 year

Work Day : Part-time (minimum 20 hours per week) or Full-time

Employment type : Permanent job

Schedule : Flexible work arrangements available within our business hours : 8 am – 9 pm ET Mon – Fri. Saturdays also open.
