Location : REMOTE POSITION for someone located OUTSIDE OF THE USA

Description :

We are constantly seeking for highly qualified Online Customer Service Representatives to be part of an energetic and positive team of committed professionals dedicated to assisting students. Employees are expected to provide a high level of Customer Service in an online environment and positively represent the Achieve Test Prep brand.

 

Main responsibilities :

  • Taking inbound calls from customers with questions about their progress towards achieving their degree or navigating our systems

  • Making outbound calls to customers to address any and all of their customer service needs

  • Giving advice to customers for which classes to take, and how to be successful in their studies

  • Looking for ways to improve processes, procedures, customer service and efficiency

  • Additional projects or responsibilities as designated by business needs

 

Requirements :

  • Fluent in English

  • Proficient with e-mail and PC usage

  • Customer service experience

  • Call center experience

  • Experience with online Adult education and/or SalesForce is a plus

  • Strong critical thinking and decision making skills

Hierarchical Level : Entry-Level position

Minimum required education : High School Diploma (Graduate)

Languages : ENGLISH – ADVANCED LEVEL BOTH WRITTEN AND VERBAL

Minimal experience : 1 year

Work Day : Part-time or Full-time

Employment type : Permanent job

Schedule : Flexible work arrangements available within our business hours : 8 am – 9 pm ET Mon – Sat
