- Formulating long and short terms strategy and finalizing Business Plan
- Ensure annual portfolio wise top line & GP budget aligned with business growth.
- Developing core team, motivated sales work force to drive sales targets.
- Introduction of new technologies and processes relating to dairy business.
- Plan & implement expansion of business through launching of new products that are found viable through market research & feasibility study.
- Managing the backward & forward linkages related to the business with an objective of achieving company’s long and short term operational goals.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Bachelors/Masters in any discipline.
- Minimum 8-12 years’ experience with 6 years’ in the FMCG (preferably in Food category).
