Responsibility:

Duties are diverse and would include:

  • Customer liaison
  • Sales & Purchase order processing
  •  Accounts receivable
  • Answering service calls from Australian Customers
  • Booking Jobs on Software and allocating to Technicians.
  • keeping Records of all the customers and schedule for annual services.
  • Calling suppliers and find parts price.
  • Sending Quotation, Invoice and marketing emails to our potential Customers.
  • Applicant needs to report virtually to the owner and do monitoring technicians in the field.
  • Doing all sort of online-based marketing -such as – Google listing, Web pages listing, Search engine optimization according to owner instruction and marketing plan.
  •  Making marketing calls to our stakeholders -such as – Subcontractors, potential Customers, and others.
  • keeping records and updating all the business information on online software.
  • All-time communication with directors and technicians in the field by IMO, what’s app, Email. 
Education Requirement:

Qualification and Experience:

  • Minimum of BBA Degree.
  • Preferable administrator, call center, managerial experiences.
  • Required Availability:   Monday to Saturday, 9 am to 5 pm Australian time (Bangladesh time from 6 am to 2 pm

The key to success in this multi-skilled role will be:

  • Required Availability:   Monday to Saturday, 9 am to 5 pm Australian time (Bangladesh time from 6 am to 2 pm)
  • Proficient English Knowledge in Speaking, Writing, and

   Listening to communicate with Australian Native speaker.

  • Customer service orientated
  • Friendly and good phone manner
  • Accuracy with names & figures
  • Knowledge of an accounting package, Word & Excel
  • Ability to learn & keep to new procedures
  • A strong work ethic
  • At least one year's full-time work experience.
  • Must have better computer skill to use software like-Simpro, MYOB, and others.
