- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company's customer base and ensure its strong presence;
- To develop strategies using various marketing techniques to increase sales. Also to use marketing and visual techniques to ensure customer attraction;
- Manage day-to-day performance of all sales team members and deliver reviews;
- Lead and schedule daily/weekly and/or monthly team meetings with sales team and leadership;
- Track sales team metrics and report data to management on a regular basis;
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team;
- Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives;
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs;
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team;
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status;
- Motivating sales executives to make themselves higher performers;
- Asking payment/Sending payment reminders to the clients;
- Should be able to develop business with new clients;
- Must be creative and have a strong understanding of the products;
- Should be capable of new business development & promotion with new customer;
- Should be highly motivated and willing to take challenges;
- Must have the ability to understand current market trends;
- Any other assignment given by the management.
Masters in any discipline.
