- Develop, implement and monitor strategic marketing plan to achieve company's objectives.
- Should have the ability to achieve the monthly sales target.
- Prepare and implement the Marketing Budget in line with set objectives and responsible for optimum usage of approved budget to attain set targets.
- Prepare, implement and monitor the strategies to achieve sales targets of individual marketing team.
- Provide timely market information and competitive intelligence to help management in decision making.
- Recommend strategies for market development, product development, marketing communication, technical support, sales and distribution.
- Coordinate with the Sales Department in developing forecasts and plans to meet market demands and company objectives.
- Manage the marketing team by providing development programs, establishing high performance standards, and leading continuous improvement efforts.
- Develop customer database and drive data driven marketing initiatives and customer experience management.
- Follow-up the payment of the customer as well.
- Any other task(s) as and when required by the management.
- B.Sc/M.Sc in Mechanical or Electrical or BBA/ MBA in Marketing.
- Age 27 to 37 year(s)
